The SFP Module 32G is an enhanced SFP28 fiber optic transceiver with dual LC connector supporting transmission at 28.05 Gb/s up to 100m over OM4 multimode fiber (MMF) using a wavelength of 850nm. The transceiver is compliant with 8G/16G/32G Fiber Channel standard. Digital diagnostics monitoring (DOM) functionality (alarm and warning features) is integrated into the design via an I2C serial interface per the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) SFF-8472.
