The SFP Modules 1.25G is an enhanced SFP SX Transceiver Module, with dual LC connector, supporting transmission at 1.25 Gb/s up to 550m, over OM3 multimode fiber (MMF) cable using a wavelength of 850nm. The transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ab 1000BASE-SX standard. Digital diagnostics monitoring (DOM) functionality (alarm and warning features) is integrated into the design via an I2C serial interface per the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) SFF-8472
The SFP 1000BASE-SX 850nm provides an excellent solution for high reliability, lower power consumption and excellent EMI performance allow system design with high port density. This product is RoHS compliant and is designed and tested in accordance with industry safety standards. The transceiver is Class I Laser product per U.S. FDA/CDRH and international IEC-60825 standards.
