The SULITON SFP Transceiver 40G is an enhanced QSFP+ fiber optic transceiver with dual LC connector supporting transmission at 40 Gb/s over 10 kilometers of single mode fiber. The transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-LR4 standard. Digital diagnostics monitoring (DOM) functionality (alarm and warning features) is integrated into the design via an I2C serial interface per the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) SFF-8636.
